I chose this song because of the meaning behind the song. Which is the artists Kid Ink and MGK's lives, they came from totally different living situations and a lot of bad things happened during their lives but they still had the courage to do what they love and made it to the hip hop industry. Kid Ink grew up on his own in the hood and had no support. MGK came from a household with a father who was an alcoholic and abusive. They both had difficult experiences in their life but made it to where they wanted to be. The reason this is one of my favorite songs is because it shows how these to artist came from bad conditions but still made their dream come true. I feel like this video is an inspiration for kids who are going threw similar struggles.
